Breezy Palms Refund Policy We want you to love every piece you bring home from Breezy Palms. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or wear marks will not be eligible for a refund.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, simply start a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
