What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the 360‑ID tamper‑proof return tag fully attached. Items without the tag, or with a removed/damaged tag, are not eligible for return.

What is the 360‑ID return tag?

Every eligible item ships with a 360‑ID tamper‑proof tag. This tag allows customers to try on items without wearing them out, while protecting the boutique from wear‑and‑return fraud. If the tag is removed, cut, stretched, or tampered with, the item becomes final sale.

Can I return an item if I removed the 360‑ID tag?

No. Once the tag is removed or altered, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@breezypalms.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and verify the 360‑ID tag status.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — simply start a return (with the 360‑ID tag still attached) and place a new order for the size or color you want.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it immediately.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days.
